About the role:

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you'll act as an acknowledged subject matter expert on our Production Support team. You'll be responsible for maintaining a stable production environment while being able to immediately address issues that might arise. We support a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment. Our team is looking for an eager and energetic individual who can create process change and support payments processing for Enterprise payments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industry wires, instant payments, ACH, and project management.

About the team:

Join our Production Support team today! You'll act as a liaison between our CSM and application support team. You'll support the day-to-day activities within our production environment. We currently support ~30 clients and look forward to providing excellent support to new ones in the future! You'll also have the chance to support a global and diverse team.

What you will be doing:

  • Support our production clients (ACH, Instant Payments and Wires) and the progressing of upgrades for our existing client base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day production operations for assigned clients.
  • Manage and track production issues, ensuring timely resolution and client communication.
  • Coordinate with stakeholder to prepare updates, drive action items and ensure business operations.
  • Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations
  • Focus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments
  • Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation
  • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives
  • Communicates team progress
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Other related duties as assigned

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of industry wires, instant payments, and ACH are required.
  • Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvements and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced project management and process controls experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one appropriate process methodology, e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributor
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
