ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Director of Compliance Administration, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to multiple teams responsible for delivering accurate and efficient compliance operations. In this role, you will lead through leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving performance, accountability, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • Manage work volumes and ensure high performance in a fast-paced, back-office queued environment, you will establish metrics and standards to monitor and optimize team outcomes.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative culture by setting clear priorities, enhancing communication, and guiding process improvements.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to address complex issues, support regulatory readiness, and advance enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
  • Work to develop department plans and strategy.
  • Manages multiple related item, sets department priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.
  • Solves complex problems; recommends new solutions and exercises judgement based on analysis conducted.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in defined contribution compliance administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams or functions.
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential strongly preferred; candidates actively pursuing the designation or with comparable expertise will be considered.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities across complex environments.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives that enhance compliance effectiveness and team performance.
  • Experience in building and sustaining high-performance cultures that foster employee engagement, development, and accountability.
  • Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

BASE PAY RANGE:

$125,000 - $135,000 per year
