Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics leader and cross-functional collaborator within Sg2's Intelligence team. You will lead the design and delivery of high-impact insights by integrating advanced analytical tools, automation workflows, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven methods to support key Sg2 EDGE analytics products, including the Impact of Change forecast and the Insurance Coverage Estimates, and translate use cases from these products into actionable insights for client users. You will directly inform strategic decisions, elevate data storytelling, and drive impact across clinical, operational, and strategic domains. You will collaborate with teams across Vizient including intelligence, data science and product strategy to transform complex data into actionable intelligence and champion best practices in analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of customized analyses using Vizient's internal and external structured and unstructured datasets, raw and published data to uncover strategic insights.
  • Apply expertise in Vizient's proprietary healthcare platforms to automate and scale analytically driven insights and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Alteryx and Python, and present insights through advanced visualization tools.
  • Incorporate AI tools to improve internal workflows and increase access to analytics for non-technical users.
  • Research and incorporate knowledge of best practices into identification of data sources and analysis of information.
  • Assist in identifying, implementing, and utilizing analytic process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, clinical, and product teams to align analytics efforts to enterprise initiatives and provider-facing deliverables.
  • Present high-level recommendations and analytic insights to internal leaders and external stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and transparency in all deliverables while maintaining strong data governance principles.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.Advanced degree such as MPH, MSIS, MBA, or DrPH highly preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in analytics, research, or healthcare strategy, including cross-functional project leadership required.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Python required; experience with AI/LLM (Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Models) tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, utilization or baseline construction and forecasting methodology required.
  • Experience with Vizient/Sg2 analytics platforms and application in performance improvement preferred.
  • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks working individually and as a member of a cross-functional team.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
