Main Function Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the President & CEO and Board of Trustees, as well as to the Senior Leadership Team when needed. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a manner that reflects positively on the President & CEO and the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum four years of professional experience is required. An additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of education. Experience providing administrative support to C-level staff is required, as well as strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and verbal/written communication skills. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, work under pressure and demonstrate high attention to detail when preparing presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents is also required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, excel in a team and collaborative culture, and be a technology enthusiast with advanced Microsoft Office skills. Demonstrated experience in partnering with executives and anticipating their needs, as well as the ability to perform additional duties as needed, is important. Association and/or healthcare background, as well as board experience, is preferred.
