Product Strategist, Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise

• Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and trend forecasting to uncover opportunities for product innovation or enhancement
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Program Leads to develop business cases, roadmap proposals, and prioritization strategies
• Analyze product performance using internal data and external market signals to optimize pricing, positioning, and adoption
• Support go-to-market planning with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with product strategy
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate product success post-launch
• Develop strategic models and frameworks to support executive decision-making across Tesla's product lines
• Help drive cross-functional alignment on long-term product vision and near-term execution priorities

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  
• Experience in product strategy, consulting, product management, or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
• Proven ability to drive alignment in cross-functional environments and influence without authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - both written and verbal
• Passion for Tesla's mission and a deep interest in technology, design, and sustainability
