What to Expect We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Drive Inverter. As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and introduction of new drive inverter technologies, products, and processes, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the launch of new Drive Inverter designs, collaborating with various teams to identify areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
