As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and introduction of new drive inverter technologies, products, and processes, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the launch of new Drive Inverter designs, collaborating with various teams to identify areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

What You'll Do
  • Act as engineering program owner for drive inverter program launches and design improvements
  • Manage drive inverter build plans, parts logistics, and support robust engineering build execution
  • Coordinate design changes with cross-functional teams and support their cut-in into production
  • Track and maintain key component and program metrics including schedule, reliability, performance, cost, and mass
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering engineering programs for drive inverter
  • Foster open communication among cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
  • Proven success managing complex engineering programs from concept to production
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologies
  • Strong technical aptitude in manufacturing processes (e.g., automation, DFMEA)
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong technical communication ability
  • Ability to drive improvements across a global interdisciplinary team

    Expected Compensation
    $88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
