We want a growth-minded, results-driven strategist who's ready to take full ownership of marketing performance. This is a high-impact, in-person role based in Iron Station NC / Dallas, NC, where your leadership, ideas, and execution will directly fuel our expansion.

If you've been stuck managing someone else's playbook or feel underutilized in a remote job where you never see the results, this is your chance to lead, innovate, and build something meaningful with a hands-on team.

  • Leadership Opportunity: Our Business Development Manager will look to you for accountability and direction. You'll help shape their success too.
  • Innovative Outreach: We're launching a program to offer free sales training to other local service companies to grow our referral network and you'll lead that outreach. You'll own the strategy, promotion, and recruiting (with a $3K/event budget).

What You'll Do

  • Own all lead-generation channels: FB Ads, PPC, LSA, SEO, community events, referral campaigns, and more
  • Optimize performance weekly across platforms like Google Analytics, CRM, YouTube, Meta, and lead aggregators
  • Track and report key metrics: cost per booked appointment, lead-to-sale conversion, ROAS
  • Manage vendors and keep all marketing partners accountable to performance and deadlines
  • Build and promote community referral and training events
  • Organize our marketing media, ensure content is on-brand and on-strategy, and support a fast-moving team
  • Keep our Founder out of marketing by owning the function top to bottom
