Job Summary:

The Digital Media Production Specialist plays a key role in elevating our brand through high-impact visual storytelling. This position is responsible for producing compelling video and photography content that aligns with the company's voice and strategic goals, supporting various marketing channels including digital, social, and internal communications.

Essential Job Functions:

Capture high-quality video and photography content using digital cameras, microphones, and production equipment. Capture and curate content featuring products, team members, and events for distribution across digital channels, internal communications, and marketing assets.

Execute post-production workflows, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics

Ensure all media assets adhere to established brand standards in tone, style, and quality

Collaborate with project managers on multimedia project requests.

Provide graphic design support to the Marketing team as needed.

Work cross functionally on assigned design projects focusing on layout design, image editing, in collaboration with Project Managers.

Responsible for the management of our digital equipment and keeping it in good working condition. Research and make suggestions for photography related equipment, tools and software to support digital creative initiatives and purchase as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design with a specialization in digital video and photography production

3+ years of hands-on experience in videography, video editing, and visual storytelling, backed by a strong portfolio.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

* Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver

* Deep understanding of post-production workflows and industry-standard practices in digital media production

* Highly organized with the ability to multitask across fast-paced creative projects

* Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and timing

* Familiarity with project management tools to streamline collaboration and deadlines

Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - especially when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Mental & Physical Demands:

Daily deadlines may result in a fast pace of work

Potential for stress related to typical problem resolution processes

Acceptant of constructive criticism and feedback

Continuous use of hands for writing and computer keyboard

Vision: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Use of a telephone - listening and speaking

Equipment Used:

Regularly uses typical office equipment including computer keyboard and terminal, telephone and digital equipment such as camera and video equipment.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position. Work is typically performed in an office environment Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required. Travel may be necessary to trade shows and other company events.
