As an AI Lead Software Engineer, you will join an inclusive team that celebrates diverse backgrounds and expertise to address this critical need. You will help us build AI solutions that deliver services better and faster through workflow optimization, adaptive case management, and predictive analytics. Together, we will create agents that automate administrative burdens, reduce reporting time from hours to minutes, and enable data-driven insights-ultimately allowing social workers to focus their limited resources on what matters most: direct human connection with clients and communities. What You'll DoYou will design and implement LLM-based agentic applications, run experiments, establish technical patterns for the team and mentor other engineers. Compensation The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. US Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 Please note that the compensation range and benefits specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States.
