Office of Research Job Description
The University of Missouri's Division of Research, Innovation & Impact (RII), in partnership with the Office of Human Resources, seeks a motivated and service-oriented Human Resources Consultant to provide dedicated HR support to departments and offices within RII. This position will be based onsite at Rock Quarry serving as the primary HR contact for designated units and providing backup support to other HR professionals within RII. This individual will also serve as the primary RII contact responsible for the coordination and processing visa requests, working closely with the Office of International Students and Scholars and other relevant university offices to ensure accurate and timely immigration support for international employees and visiting scholars. You will join a collaborative and supportive HR team, providing day-to-day consultation and guidance to leaders, managers, and staff throughout the division. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm occasional nights and weekends Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Higher Education, or related field. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $52,915.20 - $65,000.00 per year Application Materials
