Job Title: SAP QM Lead

Location(s): Hiram, GA

Job Description:

Required Skills (3 at most):


  • The QM resource acts on behalf of the Product Innovation Quality Management (QM) Team, responsible for understanding business needs and problems, and implementing/supporting solutions and technical upgrades within SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.
  • Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state.
  • Works closely with other IT team members from Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer facing, Security, Data Migration, Basis and BI, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to make/support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions.


Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with and knowledge of SD in S/4HANA is a big plus.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level.
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
  • Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
  • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
  • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and travel.


Experience:


  • 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role).
