Quality and Risk Specialist The Opportunity: As a Quality and Risk Lead, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced risk management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll utilize and apply industry expertise to optimize business process performance and effectiveness. Evaluate new and current processes, highlighting strengths and pinpointing improvement areas. Work with program leaders to apply process improvements that aim to heighten quality, client satisfaction, and cost-efficiency. Advise program staff and leadership on quality practices. Standardize quality and risk management methods and perform product evaluations. Develop, scrutinize, and present the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and the Risk Management Plan (RMP) in alignment with the Program Management Plan (PMP), while ensuring deliverable quality. Lead risk assessment activities. Apply industry standards to develop and execute strategies, plans, and processes to capture, investigate, and assess performance, cost, schedule, personnel, contract, and subcontract management risk. Collaborate with risk owners, conduct risk probability and impact analysis, and define strategies and methods to minimize or mitigate risk and optimize opportunities. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
