Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) to join our System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Quality Control (QC) team. This role will be critical in supporting team metrics and reporting, performing quality reviews of analyst work, and representing the team on cross-functional calls. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SDLC process in a regulated environment, experience with data analytics and reporting, and the communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support Qualifications: Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its importance in a regulated environment. Demonstrated experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and quality. Preferred: Experience in financial services or other regulated industries, particularly with frameworks such as FFIEC or SOX. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform. Background in internal audit, quality assurance, or technology controls. Experience creating professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to summarize data insights and metrics. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
