About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Peoplesoft HCM Operations Analyst to join us. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in PeopleSoft, including core HR, Recruiting, Base Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Profile Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database concepts and proficient querying skills, paired with advanced knowledge of HR business processes and project management. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HCM system. This includes managing application access, generating reports, and maintaining seamless interfaces with other business systems to meet both current and future organizational needs..

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Conduct analysis and testing for process improvement initiatives, including enhancements such as the Telework Form Enhancement.
  • Develop functional specs
  • Troubleshoot issues related to candidate profiles, recruiting applications, and other system-related concerns.
  • Manage the CA Ticket System, provide timely resolution of submitted tickets.
  • Regularly maintain and update the non-person profile table.
  • Process updates to employee phones.
  • Generate and transmit demographic files to the vendors.
  • Provide support for system access requests, including processing and tracking request forms.
  • Participate in data cleanup initiatives, including address updates, contractor records, and other data quality efforts.
  • Assist in the creating reports as needed.
  • Test existing reports that have been developed.
  • Support data conversion validation efforts.
  • Maintain system roles and ensure appropriate access controls are upheld.
  • Support management of contractors' records in the system
  • Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
  • Support user acceptance testing and end-user training sessions.


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, information systems, or a related field
  • Six (6) or more years of relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment. Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR, Recruitin.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as PeopleSoft Query.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.

Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC, but will be required to work on-site at one of the following locations:
