It is a key lever to drive adoption of new products, take down specific competitors, or respond to market conditions.

This role will be instrumental in driving growth by designing, coordinating, and executing highly targeted Sales Programs across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will be a critical bridge between various GTM teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing the impact of our Sales Programs.
This concept is in its infancy and we are looking for a builder with an eye towards scale and efficiency to join us! We want someone who is able to

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Build a framework to replicate the Sales Program motion at scale. Have an eye towards frameworks, repeatable processes, and engagement models to deliver a successful way to activate the field

  • Design, develop, and launch scalable Sales Programs and sales plays, aligned with GTM strategies and business priorities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and other Enablement teams to ensure seamless execution of Sales Programs

  • Be an expert orchestrator - managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a Sales Program, from concept and planning to launch, execution, and post-program analysis.

  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including objectives, target audiences, content requirements, training needs, and success metrics

  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of enablement assets and training materials to support Sales Programs (e.g., battlecards, messaging guides, playbooks, sales decks).

  • Monitor and track program performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders

  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize Sales Program effectiveness through continuous feedback and analysis

  • Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement and program management

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, sales operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

  • Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and managing successful sales programs or sales plays.

  • A background in Product Marketing &/or Enablement is ideal for this role

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, GTM strategies, and the sales lifecycle.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance and extract actionable insights.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. MBA Preferred.
