Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team. The Snowflake Enablement Team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Program Senior Manager to join us. A Snowflake Sales Program is a targeted field activation program focused on solving specific revenue problems with targeted content, enablement, marketing campaigns, metrics, compensation (where applicable), and overall white glove support. It is a key lever to drive adoption of new products, take down specific competitors, or respond to market conditions. This role will be instrumental in driving growth by designing, coordinating, and executing highly targeted Sales Programs across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will be a critical bridge between various GTM teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing the impact of our Sales Programs.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
