Senior Product Manager, Marketing

1. Product portfolio and life-cycle management of the Epoxy, Vinyl Ester & Polyurea resin technologies

   1. Assessment and Optimization of each product portfolio

   2. Management of product life cycle with concern and responsibility for results in obsolescence

   3. Price lists and labels

2. Develop new products and drive innovation specification to portfolio.

   1. New Product/Packaging launches

   2. New sales tool supporting product categories.

   3. New Product commercialization through established stage gate process

3. Profitability analysis and improvement
   1. Price increases
   2. Cost reductions w/minor modifications
   3. Product literature

1. Competitive intelligence repository

2. Voice of customer

3. Product Sales and Profit budget achievement

4. New Product forecast and rationalization of identified products

5. Deliver annual goal for new product revenue.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

• 4 - year degree related to Marketing, Chemistry or Project Management

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• 4 - year degree related to Marketing, Chemistry or Project Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Demonstrated success in creating and launching marketing and promotional programs.
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Proficient in using data for decision making and report generation.
• Presenting in front of groups of all audience levels

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Preferred:

• Epoxy, Vinyl Ester, Polyurea use in Protective and Marine installations.
• Lining and secondary containment installations and product recommendations
• Chemical formulation or general chemistry knowledge
