Application Window Open date: August 5, 2025 Next review date: Wednesday, Aug 20, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Feb 5, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description Junior or Assistant Specialist - Raleigh lab The Specialist will be responsible for (1) extracting DNA and RNA from meningioma tumor samples, (2) processing serum samples for calculation of blood hormone, metabolite, protein, and nucleic acid levels, (3) generation of sequencing libraries, (4) generation of sequencing data, (5) bioinformatic analyses, and (6) collaborative investigating on projects involving these samples which emanate from a new multi-institutional U54 SPORE award to understand patient and environmental factors contributing to meningioma biology and clinical outcomes.
