We're seeking a Clinical Managerto guide our high-performing OB/GYN team in La Crosse. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a newly renovated space, drive innovation in outpatient care, and support a diverse and growing clinical team. What You'll Be Doing: Oversee daily operationsfor a department seeing 350+ patients weekly. Collaborate with clinician leadersto implement strategic initiatives including: Launching and expanding specialty services in OB/GYN,Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), Fertility, and GYN/ONC. Supporting new clinicians and optimizing workflows across specialties. Facilitate team development and workflow integration across specialties. Lead with strength and clarity in a department known for a culture of excellence.
