About the RoleOpenGov is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager of Enterprise AI to lead and scale our AI delivery engine across Go-To-Market (GTM), G&A, and internal operations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and systems, blending technical fluency with business acumen to deliver scalable, impactful AI-powered solutions. You will partner with GTM, G&A, and other business leaders to identify and deliver high-impact use cases, then lead implementation across platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, Workato, ChatGPT/OpenAI and other AI platforms. This is not a product or R&D role-it's a business execution role requiring deep system knowledge, program leadership, technical skills and a strong bias for action. You'll be both an architect and a builder, working with a cross-functional team to launch intelligent automations, agents, and copilots that measurably improve how teams operate. $170k - $220k On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
