We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Principal Engineering Manager to lead and expand our world-class engineering team for Azure VMware Solution. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end engineering execution, fostering innovation, and growing engineering talent. Your team will be building, integrating, and optimizing complex cloud services that bridge the VMware and Azure platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and a seamless customer experience. ResponsibilitiesMentor, coach, and grow engineering talent at all levels, focusing on career development, technical skills, and leadership capabilities.Ensure high standards for software reliability, supportability, and maintainability through automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management.Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the team.Collaborate with Microsoft's product, business, and customer engineering stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.Oversee the delivery of scalable, resilient, and performant services, ensuring seamless integration with Azure core services including networking, identity, security, and monitoring. |
