Now, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and help shape the future of construction in the Nashville, TN region.

Your Impact

As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of UFP Site Built in your territory-building strong relationships, solving real-world challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that help our customers succeed. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team that values innovation, integrity, and results.

What You'll Do
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and deliver smart, cost-effective solutions
  • Drive new business by promoting our product lines to prospective clients
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support
  • Analyze cost savings and value-added opportunities for customers
  • Monitor market trends and stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage accounts receivable and participate in month-end inventory
  • Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning
  • Ensure customer creditworthiness and support financial processes
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred-or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in building materials sales or a related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Manufacturing or construction background preferred
  • Familiarity with UFP's culture and product lines is a plus
