If you enjoy utilizing your math and customer service skills, we want to talk to you! Dollar Bank is hiring for a Senior Loan Administrator for our Commercial Real Estate department. The Commercial Real Estate department provides construction, permanent, and line-of-credit loans to entities that own or are purchasing commercial income-producing properties such as office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping center and industrial properties. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Real Estate Department. Successful candidates in this role typically possess the ability to work independently, good organization skills, ability to work on multiple tasks maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / OBJECTIVES:

Respond to customer service questions or concerns in a discreet, timely, accurate and courteous manner.

Maintain current knowledge on Bank and department operations, policies, and procedures.

Read, interpret and understand procedures, loan approvals and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

Complete loan input sheets to ensure loans are set up and maintained properly, following all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Ensure that all bank required documents (i.e., flood certifications, OFAC, etc) are accurate and received prior to loan funding.

Compose letters, answer phones, file, and compile data for reporting purposes.

Support lenders by booking and processing new loans, loan payments, withdraw/deposits and transfer of funds through bank systems.

Work closely with other departments such as Commercial Loan Operations, Central Servicing, Credit Administration and Wire Department to ensure the smooth day to day operations within the department.

Perform any job-related task as defined and deemed necessary by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma/GED required. College degree a plus.

Two years (2) of banking or administrative experience.

Knowledge of real estate and real estate terminology a plus.

Must possess math/analytical skills to perform daily tasks.

Ability to learn to correctly read, interpret and understand procedures, loan approvals and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

Must have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with other team members.
