In this exciting role, you'll be the vital link between our brand and retailers, ensuring that our products are displayed in the best possible way.

Primary Location:

Bloomfield, New Mexico
  • Must be over 21 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Must meet company driver qualifications.
  • Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays in retail stores.
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.
  • Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.
  • Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.
  • Keep a Productivity and Safety mindset.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate and present information effectively, including in one-on-one or small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees.
  • Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats and to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
  • Ability to organize competing priorities, find solutions for customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is:

  • regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted.
  • occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
