Creighton University in Omaha, NE is seeking to hire a Global and Community Engaged Learning Program Manager. This position provides coordination and support for embedding community-based and global learning outcomes and assessment into curricular programs across the University and in high impact co-curricular programs sponsored by the Global Engagement Office (GEO). The position provides support to faculty, students and community partners engaged in the development, practice and scholarship of community-engaged learning. The position works closely with the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE), the Schlegel Center for Service and Justice (SCSJ), administration in Creighton schools and colleges, and GEO leadership. Responsibilities Faculty and Staff Development: Collaborate with the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) and other University units in designing and delivering development opportunities for faculty and staff who lead community-based and global learning courses or programs:
Community Partnerships: Collaborate with the Schlegel Center for Service and Justice (SCSJ) and other University units in the stewardship of community partnerships to promote internal communication, streamline engagement procedures, and enhance program participants' experience:
Global Engagement Office Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for various Global Engagement Office (GEO) programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, sustainability, study abroad, international immersions, international student and scholar experiences, and Creighton Global Initiative (CGI) efforts:
