Maintenance Tech Helper

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• The Maintenance Tech Helper will assist the Maintenance Technician in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Assist the Maintenance Technician in performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities.

• Help with the installation, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Support other team members as needed to achieve departmental goals.

YOU HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or similar role.

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
