Card Operations Administrator

What you'll do:

• Responsible for performing debit and commercial card data entry, actionary functions, and creating new card accounts.
• Perform assigned quality assurance. Handle debit and commercial card maintenance and inquiries.
• Work assigned indexing of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly standard reports for all card transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cardholder records in the bank's systems.
  

What you'll need:

• 1+ years of related experience in Loan Administration or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience in operations, including data entry, work requests through a workflow tool.
• Entry level to intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
