Your Opportunity: CardsDirect, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team! Your Shift: 1st shift; 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday This temporary position will be from September to December Your Responsibilities: Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction Increase customer satisfaction where possible Take, enter, process and/or expedite orders Provide price estimates and quotes Handle service problems and questions Train customers on products Provide service feedback to management You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
