ABOUT THE JOB:
About the Job

This detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator will support Human Resources operations and a designated client group with a primary focus on employee data collection, hire processing, and ongoing employment data management. This team player has a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely onboarding of new employees and maintaining integrity in employment records. The ideal candidate will be proactive and engaged, comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, including collection and verification of new hire documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other systems with precision and confidentiality.
  • WillScot uses SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support hire and other employee data workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding onboarding and employment data.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Travel occasionally to satellite locations across North America to onboard new employees as part of merger and acquisition activities.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Support other HR functions as needed, including benefits, compliance, and employee engagement.



This role works in-office Monday through Friday at our Phoenix headquarters.


The ability to speak fluent Spanish is strongly preferred.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Prior HR experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong technological orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Ability to travel occasionally including overnight
