Company Overview: Everything we do is for educators. We're partnering with them to advance a bold vision for education that boosts district performance and student success. At Follett Software, we empower educators across roles with technology that streamlines processes and manages information and resources to improve their schools, increase student success, and drive the future of education. We believe that by empowering educators to amplify their impact on students' lives, we can change the world. Our goal and mission is to drive the future of education. We are inspired by educators to deliver transformative technology. Our innovative, connected solutions simplify challenges and offer a seamless and intuitive experience. Position Overview:The Senior Web Experience Manager serves as the conductor of our customer-journey orchestra: the single point of accountability who transforms pillar content and campaign assets across our six solution workflows into one cohesive, conversion-ready experience. Reporting through Brand for narrative cohesion-but sharing full-funnel KPIs with Growth-you establish the visual-story framework that every asset must follow, from the very first ad or social post to workflow pages, persona-tailored product views, and the final "Request Demo" hand-raiser. While you won't design every ad yourself, you direct and approve the creative language, layouts, and interaction patterns so that paid, web, email, and in-product moments all ladder up to the same look, feel, and call-to-action hierarchy. By mapping the exact paths librarians, curriculum leads, and tech directors should take-and embedding AI-powered personalization and CRO test plans along the way-you turn scattered assets into a friction-free, insight-driven journey that systematically lifts site-to-MQL conversion, accelerates MQL-to-SQL velocity, and converts high-intent traffic into predictable pipeline.
