As a Growth Strategy & Partnerships Manager, you'll contribute to the design and execution of long-term strategies to change the trajectory of the business. You'll partner with teams in product and finance on horizon scanning, ecosystem development, building business cases for partnerships, diligence and integration planning. Consulting or investment banking experience preferred.

What you will do:

  • Assist with developing pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy for key product lines.
  • Translate market research and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial priorities.
  • Support strategic partnerships and business model innovation.
  • Contribute to competitive landscape analysis and market segmentation.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reporting and annual planning cadence.

You need to have:

  • 4+ years in commercial strategy, product operations, or business planning in a tech or SaaS environment, B2B experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and co-lead go-to-market and growth initiatives.
  • Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills to inform product and business decisions.
  • Experience working across product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
  • Ability to connect market insights to viable, customer-centric strategies and influence team direction.
