Position Title: Outdoor School Equity and Inclusion Advocate Department: Instructional Services - Northwest Outdoor Science School Location: Assigned Outdoor School Site & Washington Service Center Reports To: Site Supervisor FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: NOSS Salary Schedule ( $25.59 - $30.58 per hour; DOE)2025/2026 Dates: Fall 2025 Session: 8/28/25-11/13/25; Spring 2026 Session: 1/27/26 - 6/2/26 NW REGIONAL ESD'S MISSION STATEMENT: In Partnership with the communities we serve, Northwest Regional ESD improves student learning by providing equitable access to high quality services and support. General Description: In alignment with the NWRESD's mission statement, the Equity & Inclusion Advocate is a grant 1. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: 1. Interest in, coursework, volunteer or work experience with coursework in education, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Include the following. Performs some or all of the following tasks. Other Duties may be assigned. The duties listed below are not inclusive, but characteristic of the type and level of work assigned for this position. A. Work as a member of the Outdoor School site staff to improve the educational practices that negatively impact student learning outcomes and feelings of belonging within the B.
