Position Summary:

The ClearView Wetstock Analyst is responsible for the daily review and analysis of alerts generated by the Clearview system, which monitors potential fuel (Wetstock) supply issues at customer location. This role involves evaluating data trends and system-generated graphs to determine the validity and severity of each alert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Daily Alerts from the ClearView system to identify potential issues in customers' fuel inventory
• Analyze related data and graphical trends to determine the root cause of alerts.
• Accurately classify and close all Alerts.
• Decide whether customer notification is warranted based on the analysis.
• Draft and send professional email notifications to customers and other relevant stakeholders when issues are identified
• Interact with external and internal customers and partners using email and Microsoft teams correspondence. to facilitate proper resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain and adjust "tank charts," which are used to calculate fuel volume in tanks at customer sites
• Follow defined processes to research and interpret complex data across multiple formats
• Work both independently and collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Basic to intermediate math skills (especially in working with volume, percentages and trend analysis).
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
• Strong written communication skills for professional email and teams correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using data systems, spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Must be willing to work Holidays and Weekends.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• No formal degree is required for entry into this role.
• Advancement beyond Analyst Level 3 will require a bachelor's degree.

Work Arrangement : Remote
