Description

    Designing and developing curriculum and reuses, repurposes, and references (R3) existing course content
  • Developing/creating front matter Learning Design Sequence (LDS), Training Course Control Document (TCCD), and Course Training Task List (CTTL)
  • Assessing Job, Duty, Task Analysis (JDTA) data/enabling objectives/terminal objectives/learning objectives
  • Developing Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM)
  • Performing all duties, responsibilities, and essential job functions in accordance with NETC E2E, NAVEDTRA, and CIWT writing/style guide standards

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, workforce education, curriculum development, or related field; experience can be substituted for this requirement
  • Comprehensive knowledge of learning theory, instructional design, curriculum development strategies and methods, and instructional technologies
  • Experience and proficiency in the evaluation of Instructional Media Material (IMM) for interactive courseware to design products
  • At least 3 years experience in the following:
    • Planning, designing, developing and revising instructional materials resulting in full length training products
    • Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of instructional programs, including developing written and performance tests and determining reliability and validity of evaluation instruments
    • Using Learning Management System (LMS) and IMM to oversee the development and delivery of training and materials, to include use of technology for design and delivery of training


Desired Skills

  • Proficient with Email, CPM, LOM, and AIM
  • Experience with Navy Information Warfare
  • Experience with Navy National Support
  • Experience with Navy Direct Support
  • Experience with cyber operation


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
