GENERAL SUMMARY: The Home Care RN provides professional nursing care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations through full implementation of the five phases of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) and professional standards of care in the home care setting. Part Time RN Opening Day Shift Areas Covered: 60-mile radius around Jackson. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or related science Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to problem-solve.
