Engineering Technical Services Manager Role SummaryThis role functions as an 'integrator' responsible for aligning the lab and shop resources, priorities, and tools to match the needs of new product development and continuous product improvement efforts. This role will lead and manage the testing and fabrication technical teams, translating engineering requirements into practical lab and shop solutions. Ensure both teams are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively support the engineering initiatives. This role will serve as a liaison between engineering and the manufacturing team to support product qualification needs through lab and shop resources. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
