Operations and Production Manager

Overview

The Operations and Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of our apparel design and production process. This role will manage the operational needs and requirements of embroidery, direct-to-film garment printing, screen printing, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and other key processes to ensure the efficient operation and overall success of the operation.

Role Requirements

Experience Requirement:
* Two (2) years of experience in operations, production management, manufacturing, or project management.

Preferred Experience:
* Apparel decoration and promotional item industry experience.
* Quality assurance experience.
* Contract operations and contract pricing.

Additional Requirements:
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
* Capable of working with peers and associates from other departments, sites, and the business community in a proactive and constructive manner.
* Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings.
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn GCE technology software and programs.
* Must possess strong mentoring skills.
* Must maintain knowledge of current industry best practices.
* Must be able to advocate/work with people with disabilities.
* Must possess a valid driver's license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy.
* Must be able to pass all required regulatory/security background screening.

Compensation:

The Salary Range for this position is $59,708 - $68,816 per year. Salary is based on experience.
