Job Description

Leads a team of specialists in the planning and execution of enterprise communications initiatives. Collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.

Job Responsibility



  1. Serves as an enterprise subject matter expert for mobility strategy, platforms, and security, acting as a mobility's technical escalation point.
  2. Helps design and implements enterprise mobility architecture, including MDM platforms, endpoint security, and application deployment models.
  3. Helps define standards, policies, and governance for enterprise mobility, ensuring compliance with IT, security, and legal frameworks.
  4. Provides expert-level technical leadership, resolving escalations and guiding junior team members through knowledge transfer and mentoring.
  5. Oversees deployment management, including service requests, logistics, and coordination with internal teams.
  6. Manages enterprise equipment operations, including cellular device depot/hub inventory and device reclamation processes.
  7. Oversees mobility queues, tickets, tasks ensuring advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
  8. Serves as a liaison with carriers and internal stakeholders for mobility services.
  9. Produces and delivers reporting on device usage, performance, and related metrics to inform operational and strategic decision-making.
  10. Partners with leadership to influence strategy, roadmaps, and investment in enterprise mobility.
  11. Operates with high autonomy, making strategic technical decisions in support of enterprise IT and digital workplace objectives.
  12. Performs related duties as required.


Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
Minimum 7 years of related experience, required.
Progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
Experience with AutoCAD, required

HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS:



  • Deployment Management: Overseeing all service requests and logistics.
  • Equipment Management: Managing the cellular device depot/hub, including inventory and Rover reclamation.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Managing all related queues and tasks, including MDM troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
  • Vendor Liaison: Primary contact between FirstNet AT&T, Northwell, and internal teams for cellular services.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Providing comprehensive reports on device usage, performance, and related metrics.
  • Wireless Network Project Management: Experience managing wireless network projects, including implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
  • Collaboration & Support: Participating in meetings, assisting with deployments, and providing expert support for hardware/software issues.
  • Epic Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Epic-related hardware and software support.
