Job Description

Coordinates and supports the implementation of enterprise communications systems and services across the organization. Works with stakeholders to deliver operational and project outcomes.

Job Responsibility



  1. Acts as a procurement specialist for all mobile devices, including escalations, expedited orders, changes and returns and reporting.
  2. Executes day-to-day deployment management, including fulfillment of service requests, logistics, and device provisioning.
  3. Manages device assignments and assists with inventory updates in the cellular device depot/hub, including device swaps and reclamation under guidance.
  4. Processes tickets related to mobility support, including MDM enrollment, device setup, and first-level troubleshooting.
  5. Provides end-user support for mobility hardware/software issues, escalating complex cases as required.
  6. Participates in deployment activities, team meetings, and project tasks supporting enterprise mobility initiatives.
  7. Works on assignments of limited to moderate complexity within established standards and procedures.
  8. Performs related duties as required.


Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
3-5 years of related experience, required.

HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS:



  • Deployment Management: Overseeing all service requests and logistics.
  • Equipment Management: Managing the cellular device depot/hub, including inventory and Rover reclamation.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Managing all related queues and tasks, including MDM troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
  • Vendor Liaison: Primary contact between FirstNet AT&T, Northwell, and internal teams for cellular services.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Providing comprehensive reports on device usage, performance, and related metrics.
  • Collaboration & Support: Participating in meetings, assisting with deployments, and providing expert support for hardware/software issues.
  • Epic Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Epic-related hardware and software support.
