Description Syneos Health is seeking an experienced, motivated Freelance Senior Project Manager to join their close knit, hardworking creative studio, Boldsky. In this role, you will be responsible for executing healthcare communications projects across the full range of Studio offerings, including creative development (concepting, design, creative extensions, copy, presentation services, etc), technology (development and QA), and all forms of video production (video editing, CGI, Motion Graphics, etc). You will: Influence and help solve, with Director of Project Management and Engagement Manager, best practices and ways of working Orient new jobs, schedule kickoff meetings, generate and manage tasks in project management system, and create timelines for each project Partner with Syneos teams to produce great work as well as understand the various roles and needs of our clients Work collaboratively with discipline leads and resource managers to appropriately resource projects and ensure talent-to-task solves are aligned with each project Manage the financial health of all assigned projects including reviewing the billing process and communicating to managers regarding forecasting needs REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, in related field 4+ years of project management experience at an agency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing print and digital projects Proficient in multitasking, proactive problem solving, and working well under pressure Confident in agency etiquette and professionalism PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of project management experience at a creative studio Proficiency working in Wrike The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $50-60 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
