What You'll Do

As a Steel Processing Associate, you'll play a key role in our production process:



  • Package, band, weigh, load, and unload materials
  • Build arbors and set up machines for use
  • Move and stage materials for maximum efficiency
  • Provide machine support (scrap removal, line clearing)
  • Perform basic test line operations and quality checks
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Follow detailed instructions, safety policies, and quality standards
  • Support housekeeping and other plant operations as needed
  • All new hires start training on 1st shift, then move to 3rd shift.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to read tape measures and follow instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude (a plus, not required)
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Forklift experience or license is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate
