Summary: The Executive Director of Construction and Development will be responsible for the construction and development of hospital facilities across the health care system. This role reports to the System VP of Real Estate & Development. They will plan and organize construction and development functions and activities directly and indirectly across the health care system. Responsibilities: Construction and Development - Lead a team of over 10 system wide project managers to deliver a multitude of highly complex, multi-million projects (sometimes in excess of $200M each) that meet scope requirements, and are within budget, and delivered on time. Reviews and evaluates existing construction/development programs, services, policies and procedures. Prepares and manages construction/development budgets for current and future projects. Provides guidance, training and motivation to staff. Monitors work performance and prepare performance evaluations for personnel. Provides oversight of the health care systems design and construction relationships and agreements. Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
