Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.75 per hour

Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift (non-rotating, but must be open to either when applying)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire with pay increase and advancement opportunities upon hire

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow established processes in a manufacturing setting
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards while meeting production goals
• Perform tasks that include standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Assist with maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Support team operations and adapt to mandatory overtime when needed

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience required
• Demonstrated longevity and reliability in past employment
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM) or 2nd shift (3:45 PM - 1:45 AM)
• Must be open to mandatory overtime when required
