Electronic Assembler

• Assemble electro-mechanical products using blueprints, BOMs, and cal specs.
• Rotate between work cells; perform light material handling as needed.
• Maintain strong attendance, quality, and pace while following safety standards.
• Identify safety concerns and complete other assigned duties.

• High school diploma/GED with 2-3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Skilled in soldering, blueprint reading, and test/cal spec interpretation.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently or in teams.
• Experience mentoring/assisting production assemblers.
• Able to lift up to 25lbs with assistance.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
