Job Title: Project/Program Management Specialist 2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Irvine, CA Overview : Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs. May manage project and/or program managers within the assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. Responsibilities: Demonstrates basic understanding of project management and methodologies. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk. Ensures adherence to established processes and methodologies. Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work. Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work. Must Haves: Must have some (1 yr) medical or pharmaceutical industry experience. Education: Typically is a college/university graduate. Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill.
