Schedule: Full-Time

As a Peer Recovery Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers by assessing needs, facilitating treatment, and coordinating ongoing care for those with Substance Use Disorders. • High School Diploma required

Applicants must have completed a minimum of PRC Academy training or hold and maintain a valid PRCS certification. Attendance at PRC refresher trainings will be required as part of the role.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach

• Strong customer service and organizational skills

• Clear and compassionate communication-written, verbal, and electronic

• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

• Solid math, reading, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with typing and word processing
