TheProject Management Specialistis responsible for supporting defined work or projects of moderate complexity. This role involves following an individual work plan defined by multiple stakeholders and meeting short-term objectives through responsive execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across functions to ensure timely and accurate project support.

As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Equipment Invoicing and Cost Substantiation program by organizing and analyzing backup documentation to generate customer invoices
  • Coordinating site activities related to material needs, vendor expediting, purchase order processing, and delivery tracking
  • Performing Oracle transactions to support purchasing and logistics operations
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments to support project objectives
  • Managing materials coordination and expediting activities to ensure timely receipt of parts and services
  • Creating and maintaining project record-keeping systems and databases
  • Coordinating with project team members to ensure timely and organized information flow
  • Planning and assigning land transportation for small items across the USA territory
  • Collecting, controlling, and maintaining logistics records, including Proof of Delivery, Bills of Materials, and transportation invoices

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of work experience preferably in administrative, logistics, finance, operations, project coordination, or similar goal-oriented role
  • Preferably have experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
  • Be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
