Hours & Pay

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (First Shift)

Pay Range: $12.00 per hour + DOE

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Paint Helper, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepping automobiles for painting by taping, sanding, and cleaning designated areas.
• Applying masking tape to protect surfaces where paint should not be applied.
• Removing components that may interfere with the painting process (mirrors, guards, etc.).
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area before and after projects.
• Assisting the paint team to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with:

• 2-3 years of experience prepping vehicles for paint in an automotive setting.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods (with some sitting).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality prep work.
• Knowledge of sanding, masking, and basic auto body preparation techniques.
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
