Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, basic inventory handling, and safety procedures
  • Comfortable operating sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and safety instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials
  • Receive, identify, package, store, and distribute goods accurately and securely
  • Complete journal entries and maintain accurate records of warehouse activity
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage
  • Read and interpret order sheets, labels, and inventory instructions
  • Move materials to correct locations within the warehouse or staging areas
  • Perform equipment checks and report any issues to supervisors
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks such as sorting, labeling, or packing as needed
  • Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow direction from leads and supervisors while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Support team operations to ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and storage processes
