Hours and Pay: Pay: $22.00/hour Schedule: First Shift \| Monday - Friday Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do: Support all shipping and receiving-related activities, including packaging and labeling Perform final packaging and labeling for manufacturing builds and shipments to contract sterilizers Follow written instructions, SOPs, and quality standards in a cleanroom environment Enter data into production records with accuracy and detail Maintain compliance with FDA and ISO guidelines Cross-train in other logistics and production support areas as needed Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs while maintaining quality standards Why You'll Love This Role: We know a rewarding career goes beyond the daily tasks. What We're Looking For: High school diploma required 2+ years of logistics, shipping, or receiving experience Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a cleanroom setting Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow detailed instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset Reliability in attendance and punctuality Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with hand tools is a plus Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Apply Today!
