Primary Purpose:The Assistant Merchant will be a key team member of this team, supporting the development of product and assortment strategies that meet our sales goals as well as the needs of our target consumers and partnering cross-functionality to bring this assortment to market. This role will report to the Manager, Global Merchandising Women's Outlet SLGs/ACC

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Merchandising to

Assortment Planning

  • Manage daily Merchandising responsibilities, including building, editing and maintaining assortment sheets; managing product lifecycle process; maintaining calendar to ensure timely execution of key deliverables
  • Participate in the line planning and development process with a strong understanding of the global market and channel unit specific needs/nuances
  • Own style set up process: input style, color, pricing, and attribute information into line planning system (ECVision)
  • Communicate all assortment updates post key milestones and ensure systems are updated accordingly
  • Assist in sample management, including tracking, organizing, and distributing samples across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and preferences among Gen Z consumers and share insights with the team to inform product and assortment strategies
  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with design, product development, global merchandise planning, and Visual Merchandising to ensure deliverables and product lifecycle calendar deadlines are met

Work Setup: Hybrid

BASE PAY RANGE $65,000.00 TO $70,000.00
